The Marketing MRI5 of 10

What a Marketing MRI costs, and what the fixed fee covers

Chris Wheeler

The Marketing MRI is a fixed-fee engagement. It costs €18,000 to €22,000 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Ireland, £15,000 to £19,000 in the United Kingdom and $22,000 to $28,000 in the United States.

The fee and scope are agreed before work begins. The position within a regional range depends on the evidence boundary, stakeholder access, number of markets or business units and the decision the work must support. The work is delivered directly by the letsrocc founders, with no junior delivery layer.

The engagement runs over a four-to-six-week calendar window. That is elapsed delivery time, not twenty to thirty billed consulting days. The time is used to gather the relevant evidence, test stakeholder accounts in sequence and determine which explanation survives scrutiny.

The fixed fee covers the agreed evidence examination, stakeholder work, identification of the plausible commercial constraint, a prioritised sequence of action and a leadership readout. It does not include Senior Advisory, implementation, media, software or specialist delivery. Those are separate and are scoped only where the diagnosis establishes a need.

The fee buys a defined examination and decision-grade output. It does not guarantee a return, and there is no automatic follow-on engagement.

The examination that changes the conversation

The Marketing MRI is a four-to-six-week, senior-led read of the commercial system sitting between your marketing investment and your revenue line.
