We charge a fixed fee for the Marketing MRI. Not a day rate. Not a retainer from the start. Not a scope that expands with the complexity of what we find.
That structure is deliberate and it matters commercially for the client, not just operationally for us.
A day rate creates an incentive to spend more days. A retainer from the start creates an incentive to find a problem that requires a retainer to address. A scope that expands with complexity creates an incentive to find complexity.
A fixed fee for a defined assessment creates one incentive only: to find the real constraint as accurately and quickly as possible and present it in terms the client can act on. The finding that produces a clean diagnosis with no requirement for ongoing engagement is as commercially valid for us as the finding that recommends a longer involvement.
That alignment is not generosity. It is the only commercial structure that produces an honest finding. letsrocc.com
